Everday

Everday showed up in your process?

Then a company you’re talking to runs part of its people decisions on our platform. Here’s what that means for you, plainly.

What Everday does.

We run the software and AI. People at that company make the decisions.

Screening, matching, follow-ups: the legwork. Every recommendation carries its evidence, and a human reviews it. That’s contractual, not a preference.

Your information.

Your data lives in that company’s own workspace, hosted in the EU.

It isn’t pooled, sold, or used to train models on you.

The AI produces evidence-backed recommendations that a human reviews.

It never rejects anyone on its own.

It never guesses your personality from your writing.

Assessments happen only through validated questionnaires you knowingly take.

Your rights, practically.

See it.

Everything the process holds about you, on request.

Correct it.

Wrong or outdated? It gets fixed, not footnoted.

Have it deleted.

Deletion is real, including from AI memory.

Ask the company you applied to: they own the data, and we make deletion real, including from AI memory. The formal version lives in the privacy policy.

Your skills passport.

If you built one along the way: it’s yours.

Consent-first, portable, and useful beyond this one application. Evidence of what you can do, carried by you, not locked in someone’s drawer.

“Did an AI reject me?”

No.

Recommendations carry evidence; humans decide. That’s contractual with every client.
