Everday

This is how we run Everday.

The work runs, we decide in Slack. We call it HQ, and every team runs on it.

Everday itself5 min read

We build Everday for businesses that want to make AI part of their work. So we run our own business that way, in every team. What we recommend to clients, we use first.

Every team its own workspace

Sales, marketing, product, client work, operations and strategy each have a workspace in HQ, with the programs that run there and the knowledge that belongs to it. In every Slack channel, one message sets work going: “@hq write a brief for tomorrow’s call.”

How it runs, team by team

  • Sales When a request comes in through the site, a researched profile is in our network within the hour. Every call gets a write-up, every meeting a brief.
  • Marketing The market is followed every week. This site, our decks and our films are code, built with coding agents and reviewed by us.
  • Product A shaped idea gets built and put up for review. Updates, errors and tests are picked up every night, and what a person has to decide goes in the queue.
  • Client work Every client has their own record: what was agreed, where we stand and what is still needed, step by step.
  • Operations Every Monday a weekly overview in Slack: time, pipeline, spend and what got done. Receipts go into the books by themselves.
  • Strategy Every decision is written down, with the reason. Every meeting goes into our archive, so nobody has to remember anything by heart.

We decide, in Slack

Anything that leaves the building or affects someone comes past us: a mail to a client, a message to the market, a step in a deal. That happens where we already work, with what is ready and why. Approve, or adjust.

  • Watch it live In HQ we see what is running in every team right now, with the reasoning alongside.
  • Everything on record Every run, every decision and every approval, findable months later.
  • Described How we work is written down. The system reads along, just as it does for clients.

So we find out first what works. And what we solve for ourselves is in Everday soon after.
